Sure! Before FOLIO, we had an Excel spreadsheet with some standard products. Still, it required a lot of modification and pricing research on everyday items that were not in our Excel template. FOLIO's budget feature lets me easily search through tons of pre-priced spaces (like a conference room) and products to quickly create a high, medium, low budget for my client. It also saves on back-and-forth emails because I can have a quick conversation with my client and modify the budget in real-time.
