FOLIO is a software platform created by Theorem Spatial Intelligence, LLC., made specifically to manage and execute projects in the commercial furnishings industry. FOLIO seeks to simplify complex processes unique to this industry by providing centralized project communication, budgeting and planning templates, workflow checklists and much more. The platform is intended to be used by furniture service providers including teams that work in sales, design, finance and operations in collaboration with other internal teams and - coming soon - externally with clients.
FOLIO serves the dealerships in the commercial furnishings space. Dealers big and small, and everything in between, can benefit from what FOLIO has to offer. Learn more about our features here.

As part of our roadmap, we will soon have paid plans available for architecture and design firms, real estate broker firms, and other service providers in the commercial furnishings space.
The clients of the providers mentioned above will also become part of the FOLIO community in the near future.

To sign up for FOLIO, please book a demo to ensure FOLIO is a good fit for your business. After your demo, a sales representative will email a proposal for you to review. After your proposal is signed, an onboarding representative will get your account set up and walk you through how to use the tool.

To best service companies of all sizes, FOLIO has variable rate pricing based on the number of users needing access to the tool. The user subscription fees can be paid on a month-to-month subscription. A discount is provided for subscriptions that are paid annually. For new subscriptions, a one-time onboarding fee may apply. As most subscriptions are month-to-month, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day cancellation notice. To cancel your plan, please reach out to customercare@foliosi.com.
